Dr. Ammar Ali Gull

Research Faculty

Dr. Ammar Ali Gull is an Associate Professor in the Department of Finance at EMLV Business School. Previously, he has held full-time academic positions at ESSCA School of Management (France), Essex Business School (UK) and Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (Pakistan). Ammar received his PhD in Accounting and Finance from Le Mans University (France) in 2018. He is the recipient of the best paper award from several conferences e.g., European Academy of Management and New Zealand Finance Colloquium, among others. Ammar also serves on the editorial board of Journal of Applied Accounting Research and Journal of Financial Reporting and Accounting. Before joining academia, Ammar has worked in the banking sector for several years.
