​Dr. Dragan Pamucar

Research Faculty

Dr. Dragan Pamucar is a Full Professor at University of Belgrade, Department of Operational Research and Statistics, Serbia. Dr. Pamucar received a PhD in Applied Mathematics with specialization of multi-criteria modeling and soft computing techniques, from University of Defence in Belgrade, Serbia in 2013 and an MSc degree from the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering in Belgrade, 2009.

(1) 2009 – 2013, Ph.D. degree in degree in Department of operational research University of Defence, GPA: 3.89/4.00, Scientific fields: Operations Research in Logistics.

(2) 2007 – 2009, MSc. degree in Department of management and operational research University of Belgrade, Belgrade, Serbia, GPA: 4.00/4.00.

(3) 1998-2003, Undergraduate, Department of Transport Engineering, University of Defence, Belgrade, Serbia, GPA: 3.89/4.00

According to Web of Science and Clarivate, he is among the top one percent of highly cited researchers.

According to Stanford University, he is among the top two percent scientists in 2021, 2022, 2023 in the field of Artificial Intelligence.

Excellent Paper Award in 2023 received from Editor in Chief of IEEE CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems for paper “Hybrid q-Rung Orthopair Fuzzy Sets Based CoCoSo Model for Floating Offshore Wind Farm Site Selection in Norway” written by Muhammet Deveci, Dragan Pamucar, Umit Cali, Emre Kantar, Konstanze Kolle, and John O. Tande.
