Mrs. Rasha Richani

Rasha Richani joined the Lebanese American University in 2023 as Lead Academic Ranking Officer, where she supports the university’s strategic efforts to strengthen its performance and visibility in global university rankings. Her work focuses on ranking strategy, institutional and research data analysis, benchmarking, reporting, and cross-university coordination, working closely with academic and administrative units to identify opportunities for enhancing LAU’s research performance and international standing.

Mrs. Richani holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from LAU and a Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate. She brings valuable experience in higher education, with expertise spanning data analytics, data science, business intelligence, data management, process optimization, and information systems.

Prior to her work in academic rankings, Ms. Richani held roles in data analytics, project management, business analysis, and technology consulting across the education and private sectors. Her multidisciplinary background combines technical expertise with project and stakeholder management, enabling her to translate complex data into actionable insights that support institutional strategy and decision-making.
